Our Story
WAYNE MASTERSON
Founder, DMR Restoration
Palm Beach County, Florida
I'm Wayne — the person picking up the phone when DMR gets called at 2 AM.
I'm a Florida Certified General Contractor and a personally licensed Mold Assessor and Remediator. That combination is the whole reason DMR exists. Most restoration companies stop at cleanup and hand you off to a second contractor for the rebuild — two companies, two insurance conversations, two warranties.
DMR doesn't work that way. The same team that shows up to stop the water is the team that puts the wall back. Same accountability, start to finish.

I live in Loxahatchee. I work in Palm Beach County. I'll be here in five years when a warranty question comes up. DMR isn't a franchise — it's a Florida operation run by the person whose license is on every job.
My husband Lincoln runs the design side of our work. When restoration crosses into rebuild where finishes matter, his eye is on the project.

About us
DMR is built and run by a two-person Florida team — Wayne Masterson and Lincoln Masterson. We're not a franchise. We're the people whose names are on the work.
Wayne leads construction and remediation. He's the Florida Certified General Contractor, the licensed Mold Assessor and Remediator, and the person picking up the phone at 2 AM. The licenses, the insurance, and the technical scope of every job run through him.
Lincoln leads design and finish work. When restoration crosses into rebuild — where cabinetry, tile, layout, or material selection matters — his eye is on the project. Most restoration companies put a house back exactly the way it was. With Lincoln on the team, you have the option to put it back better.
We built this company together, from the same kitchen table, and we operate as one accountable team. The two people who answer your call at 2 AM are the same two people who walk the final inspection with you.
